The design team introduced a continuous glass clerestory to draw natural light deep into the suite, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. A refined, neutral material palette and modern detailing reflect the association’s professionalism and mission.

The US Beet Sugar Association, representing America’s beet sugar processors, sought a new headquarters near Capitol Hill to better support its advocacy and legislative efforts. A key objective was the creation of a large conference room to host 35 members, congressional representatives, and federal agency guests.
Showcasing the client’s extensive library—dedicated to the history, science, and legislation of the U.S. sugar and agricultural industries—became a central design feature. The layout also ensures smooth circulation for catered events and seamless integration of technology for presentations and meetings.
