Christopher Peoples

Christopher leads the planning and design of federal campuses, office buildings, educational and training facilities, data centers, and operations centers that serve multiple agencies and critical missions. His portfolio ranges from large-scale urban campuses to small, sensitive renovations at project sites with high-security considerations. His approach emphasizes long-term performance, operational resilience, and civic impact, delivering designs that are adaptable, mission-aligned, and built for continuity.
With over 250 projects and three million square feet delivered across federal, state, and local agencies, Christopher brings a deep understanding of programmatic complexity and infrastructure redundancy. He is particularly experienced in the design of facilities for first responders, crisis managers, and other users who require 24/7 operational readiness. His work reflects a commitment to purpose-built design that strengthens institutional identity and ensures long-term performance.
Christopher employs a hands-on approach to project leadership, remaining closely involved from initial concept through construction. This level of engagement allows him to proactively guide complex decision-making, align multidisciplinary teams around shared objectives, and ensure that design intent is preserved through execution. His direct involvement fosters clear communication, anticipates challenges, and results in projects that meet operational, technical, and aesthetic benchmarks with a high degree of precision and accountability. He provides design solutions tailored to critical operations, expedited timelines, and evolving security landscapes.
