Patricia Raimondeau

NCIDQ
Interior Designer
Headshot Raimondeau

Patricia has led over two million square feet of interior design for multi-building campuses. She tailors her design solutions to the unique requirements of each of her clients, ensuring that they have the full breadth of information and options to successfully implement their visions and help them to achieve the best results. This affords her occupants spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Patricia oversees all phases of design development for KCCT’s most complex projects, including embassies and consulates, cybersecurity hubs, and commercial interiors. She liaises directly with clients, design partners, and contracting partners to efficiently execute schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, and signage package development.

Prior to joining KCCT, Patricia specialized in interior design for the healthcare sector, leading each phase of design for women’s and children’s hospitals and laboratory facilities. She oversaw the creation of renderings and the selection of finishes, furniture, and art specifications, as well as the design of logos and donor walls. An avid watercolor artist, two of her paintings are now displayed in one of the women’s and children’s hospitals for which she led the design.

Patricia has previously served as an adjunct professor. She is an active mentor to junior designers to facilitate their growth and understanding while benefiting the design community at large.
