Gabriel applies his expertise in programmatically complex design and construction delivery to a broad range of institutional, educational, and recreational projects, including embassies, K-12 schools, higher education facilities, institutional buildings, and sports complexes. He specializes in projects with challenging functional requirements, including circulation, controlled access, and adjacency planning, and ensures that operational, performance, and mission objectives are addressed through constructable, well-executed design solutions.

At KCCT, he has led design submission development, construction documentation, and shop drawing review for ground-up, multi-building campuses and security upgrades for diplomatic complexes. His experience spans both design development and architect-of-record stewardship for design-build projects, and he coordinates multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction administration and close-out to deliver resilient, high-performing architecture in diverse contexts.
