He brings significant experience managing civic architectural project delivery across government, commercial, and educational sectors, including cultural facilities, embassies, and monumental government buildings. Thriving on the unique and varied challenges presented by these complex projects, James balances stringent operational, security, and performance requirements with public accessibility and engagement.
