Beth Resetco works closely with senior leadership to define KCCT’s long-range goals and develop and implement key growth initiatives. She leverages her expertise in strategic client relationship and industry partner development with a focus on multiple practice areas, including commercial office, mixed-use, multifamily residential, higher education, federal, and urban planning. Beth’s experience spans multiple contract delivery methods, including design-build. She pairs her education in Architecture with her decades of experience in every facet of real estate development and construction to excel at the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, supporting client priorities and collaboration.
A second-generation Washingtonian, Beth realized her passion for architecture at a young age. Her father, who owned a civil engineering and land surveying firm, would tour her through completed projects. She now resides in Alexandria, VA and is an active volunteer for the Scholarship Fund of Alexandria, a nonprofit organization that annually awards more than $1 million in scholarships to provide greater college access and opportunity. In her spare time, she trains for triathlons and has completed two Ironmans.
