As Chief Financial Officer at KCCT, Kevin Nisson brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to safeguarding the firm’s financial health and integrity. He leads all aspects of financial management, including revenue recognition, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, and resource allocation. He oversees the firm’s banking relationships, tax strategy, insurance, legal administration, human resources, and shareholder engagement.

A key member of the leadership team, Kevin supports executive decision-making with a process-driven mindset that enhances operational efficiency, optimizes tools and talent, and identifies opportunities for strategic improvement. He is deeply involved in day-to-day operations and plays an integral role in driving KCCT’s sustained growth.

Before joining KCCT, Kevin held financial leadership roles at a global architecture and engineering firm, where he also led mentorship initiatives to strengthen field offices and quantify their performance. His earlier career included accounting and finance positions at professional services and media organizations, though he was ultimately drawn to the AEC industry for its lasting cultural and environmental impact.

A thought leader in project performance strategy, Kevin regularly contributes to industry publications and presents at conferences on financial best practices, leadership, and market trends.
