With a background spanning commercial, municipal, retail, recreational, civic, and cybersecurity market sectors, her portfolio includes master planning, ground-up construction, leased fit-out, and asset recapitalization projects with multiple stakeholders.

Within KCCT, Debra serves as chairwoman of the Women in Architecture Committee, which facilitates mentorship, provides professional development and design resources, and supports ARE licensure advancement.
