Christopher specializes in emergency response management centers and public safety and preparedness facility design. He manages multidisciplinary integration, submittals, and construction administration for over one million square feet of projects that support hard and soft skill development and mission-critical response within secure campuses.

As an active member of KCCT’s Technology in Architecture Committee, Christopher drives best practices in 3D modeling and BIM integration, ensuring design precision, efficient coordination, and seamless collaboration across diverse project teams.

Before joining KCCT, he led projects in the transit and aviation sectors, with particular emphasis on airports and military aircraft hangars. Christopher combines technical acumen with strategic problem-solving, delivering facilities that are secure, resilient, and optimized for mission success.
