KCCT Associate Corey Mack has joined an accomplished group of design professionals in completing the American Institute of Architects Washington DC Chapter Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program’s 12th cohort.

Designed to cultivate the next generation of design leaders, the program selects emerging professionals through a competitive application process and amplifies leadership skills through curated sessions on business development, collaboration, advocacy, community engagement, and more.

As part of the program, Corey co-led a multidisciplinary panel focused on strengthening collaboration across the built environment. The session explored how architects can foster leadership within project teams, improve cross-disciplinary communication, and shape more efficient and resilient design outcomes.

Within KCCT, Corey manages a diverse portfolio of complex global projects, including embassies, headquarters buildings, multi-program campuses, and critical operations centers. His work spans more than 20 countries, often involving fast-track schedules, sensitive contexts, and rigorous technical requirements. As both a design and project delivery leader, Corey champions clarity, contextuality, and long-term value in each project.
