With more than three decades of construction, design, and project management experience, Kristine leads KCCT’s largest and most complex secure projects with precision and clarity. Her experience in both design-bid-build and design-build delivery provides a comprehensive understanding of the breadth of possibilities and long-term considerations of high-security projects from planning through construction.
Drawing on technical expertise and thorough documentation practices, Kristine anticipates challenges before they arise and makes informed decisions to keep client’s objectives on track. Her inclusive management style incorporates synthesizing needs from all stakeholders to mitigate risk at every stage, protecting schedules, budgets, and design integrity on projects from multi-building campuses to targeted upgrades within sensitive occupied environments for which downtime is not an option.
Her portfolio includes office buildings, courthouses, data centers, classified facilities, and monumental historic assets for clients and occupants that include the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Architect of the Capitol, the Department of State, the General Services Administration, and private clients. She excels at driving complex coordination among consultants and agencies and aligning diverse technical requirements within secure environments.
