U.S. Supreme Court Roof Replacement

KCCT developed a comprehensive restoration plan to include phases of work correlated with periods of Court recesses to avoid any disturbance to the Supreme Court functions. The initial survey and report addressed the condition of the tile roofs, flat roofs, promenade roofs, gutters, flashing and sheet metal. The investigation identified, repair, replacement, and restoration required for the roofing systems to extend the service life, and safety measures necessary under current codes. The design of the roof renovation/restoration replacement was executed in three phases:  Phase I: Flat Roof, Phase II: South Lower and Upper Sloped Roofs, Phase III: North Lower and Upper Sloped Roofs.
