KCCT completed design and construction administration services for the interior fit-out of leased office space in the Gedung Sarana Jaya office building.  The site is approximately 2.0 km west of the existing U.S. Embassy Compound in Central Jakarta, Indonesia.  Interior fit-out services for the 53,000 GSF project include the basement level, a portion of the third floor, and the seventh through the nineteenth floors.  Common areas are located on the third floor entrance, while secure offices are located on the upper floors.  Physical security upgrades include a six-sided FE/BR safe haven, FE/BR guard booths, and FE/BR doors and partitions at elevator lobbies and stairways on each floor.  High density polyethylene blast curtains protect all perimeter windows in occupied areas. KCCT also designed a new CAC at the rear entrance of the site to screen pedestrians.
