KCCT developed the master plan for the multi-modal transportation center.  Historically significant buildings on the site were designated for historic preservation as part of the adaptive reuse project that transformed the existing buildings into a commuter rail station.  A development plan links the transportation center to the City of Aurora, while incorporating a rehabilitation and revitalization plan for the historic structures on the site.
