The eight-building campus includes a new office building, a recreational facility with a pool and cabana, parking, a maintenance facility, a mail screening facility, and housing. The design contrasts the traditional and modern elements of the Mexican architectural vocabulary to create a timeless design anchored to the location and culture.

“We are excited about how the design and final construction of the project promotes the client’s mission for security, resilience, and stewardship while creating a special place that responds to the newly developed suburban area of Nuevo Leon,” said Vlach. “The design is rooted in an appreciation of the local culture and context while creating a unique project promoting state-of-the-art technology and expressing a look to the future.”
