Robinson Landing

Slated to be the premier mixed-use community on the waterfront in the city of Alexandria, VA, Robinson Landing is a waterfront parcel located two blocks south of King Street in the heart of Old Town and an easy walk to the numerous restaurants, boutiques, and galleries that comprise the area.

KCCT is responsible for the interior architecture and furnishings of the common areas for the 70 luxury condominiums located in three buildings along with the interiors for an incubator art gallery. The design blends historic Old Town with the new waterfront plan, and provides a space for residents to exercise their passion for urban living at the water’s edge. The development targets “move-down” buyers and high-net-worth individuals, allowing residents to experience a walkable urban but casual lifestyle. Capitalizing on the luxury brand, the interior architecture features a sophisticated design vocabulary complementing the exterior building materials and motifs as developed by Shalom Baranes and Associates and the landscape architect MPFP LLC. The palette of materials features warm woods, honed marble floors and walls, luxurious quartzite, and rich tactile accents in tile, luxurious fabrics, area rugs and art work.
