Phased over a five-year period, this complete renovation of a 200,000 sf office building that accommodates over 2,000 employees took place with minimum disruption to existing operations. KCCT expanded the mission critical computer facility, and provided massive upgrades to power systems including 1250 KVA of power generation, and 220 tons of chilled water. The team renovated and expanded the day care center and provided a cafeteria for 350 employees, as well as a separate lounge area.
