KCCT designed this new office building in the same vocabulary as other buildings on the compound. Exterior cladding is regionally quarried limestone, marble, and basalt. To accommodate an existing plaza, the façade of the Annex angles inward to create a niche for the entrance. The interior design utilizes a central core surrounded by open office spaces on the perimeter, maximizing corner offices. The two-story lobby features an open marble staircase, while clerestory windows and controlled sunshades allow for natural light in the lobby.
