It contains a total of 144,000 GSF of fully accessible space of which 119,000 is warehouse, 18,000 office and 7,000 covered loading dock.

KCCT later led a multi-disciplinary team that provided full architectural and engineering services. The roof was replaced, all mechanical/electrical systems were replaced, asbestos was removed, and an 18,000 GSF open plan office was designed.
