KCCT Welcomes New Director of Interiors

JASON deCHAMBEAU, NCIDQ, LEEP AP, IIDA, recently joined our team as Director of Interiors. He applies an innovative, strategic, and highly individualized approach to each of his design projects to create value and help to align stakeholder objectives. As KCCT’s Director of Interiors, he leverages nearly 30 years of industry experience to lead the interiors team in the continued delivery of design excellence and in the application of our expertise in new market sectors. In his new role, Jason is thrilled to have the opportunity to “lead the interiors team and continue to design excellent work while contributing to the overall success of KCCT.” He specializes in the use of design to deliver transformational change for technology corporation headquarters, advocacy organizations, and law firms, and his portfolio spans high-profile projects for clients such as Sullivan & Cromwell, Jones Day, Arent Fox, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as well as comprehensive interior designs for international clients and historic county courthouses. His design approach prioritizes collaboration to achieve project success for all stakeholders and professionals involved in its design and delivery. He is an active leader during the visioning of the project, and his acute understanding of a variety of design philosophies and processes enables him to take each stakeholder perspective into account. Jason joined KCCT to “leverage a culture that values collaboration to achieve project success for all of the stakeholders and the design professionals involved.”

Widely acclaimed in the industry for his expertise, Jason’s designs have received several awards from AIA National, AIA DC, AIA St. Louis, and Design Solutions. His work has been featured in multiple publications, including Commercial Observer, Contract magazine, and Interior Design magazine. He is a member of the International Interior Design Association and presents regularly at conferences and as a guest lecturer at numerous universities nationwide.
