KCCT is pleased to announce that Marcella MaGowan has joined the firm as a Senior Project Accountant. Ms. MaGowan brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from the University of Hartford in Connecticut.
