The programming and space planning of the 3rd and 10th floors developed into a highly flexible and efficient concept. Accommodating 500 employees with a ratio of 85% open to 15% private offices, support spaces were positioned around stair and elevator shafts to enable large open areas that can accommodate organizational changes and growth.
