Serra Devran-Moses

Project Manager

Headshot

As a project manager in KCCT's international studio, Serra Devran-Moses leverages a diverse portfolio that ranges from large-scale, multi-family residential and mixed-use designs to performing arts centers across the United States. Seeking to create spaces that enhance the quality of life through human connection and environmental sensibility, she provides solutions that are sophisticated, efficient, and innovative. Serra forges strong connections with clients, contractors, and consultants early in project delivery, resulting in a smooth process built on clear and effective communication. Her detail-oriented complex project management approach has enabled her to successfully deliver designs for several award-winning, public-facing, multi-stakeholder projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

With a family of engineers and an early interest in art, Serra landed on architecture as a midpoint between those two fields. Over the course of her career, she has developed an acute understanding of a project timeline from schematic design through construction. Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Serra is currently a resident of Washington, DC, where she enjoys indoor cycling and volleyball.
