Rosalind Paguio, KCCT's Director of Specifications, has served as a project architect and technical design leader in the government, commercial, educational, healthcare, sports, and research laboratory markets. For the past 20 years, she has specialized in construction specifications with a focus on highly complex technical facilities, including both Veterans Affairs and private hospitals, secure laboratories, and diplomatic facilities. She is a Certified Construction Specifier and Registered Architect, as well as a member of the Construction Specifications Institute.
Dedicated to illustrating the crucial role specifications play in the architectural process, Rosalind works in concert with project managers, architects, and engineers to prepare project manuals and specifications, conduct materials research, and make product recommendations for a wide range of building types, including LEED-certified buildings. She oversees technical specifications for all KCCT projects and advises construction administrators on submittal compliance and substitutions.
Born in the Philippines, Rosalind earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston. She is a wine enthusiast and enjoys spending her free time playing tennis, reading, and visiting with friends.
