As part of KCCT's international studio, Debbie Marshall leverages 20 years of experience in design development and construction document development, with expertise in commercial/corporate, municipal, retail, and recreational facilities. Her design development experience spans both base building and interior fit-out projects.
A DC native, Debbie's interest in architecture developed at Howard University, where she was an initially an art major. She became intrigued by the integration of form, function, harmony with nature, and the needs of the end user in building design and construction. Her appreciation for challenges has enabled her to successfully problem-solve and deliver complex projects across multiple sectors, and she remains committed to sustainability as a crucial priority for her work and the industry at large.
Debbie participates in outdoor community cleanup efforts, and she enjoys textile design (sewing, knitting, and leather work) and jewelry-making in her spare time.
