Senior Architect


Chuck Munson is a Senior Architect at KCCT with over 30 years of experience.  Chuck’s responsibilities at KCCT include specifications, technical quality assurance, and construction administration. Chuck’s interest in public architecture and technically complex projects drew him to KCCT, where he has worked for more than nine years in the government, transportation, and commercial sectors. Chuck works in a project support capacity, performing technical design and specifications tasks for multiple building types, reviewing project submittals, and coordinating with multiple engineering and specialty disciplines participating in these projects.


Chuck received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. A descendent of two passengers from the Mayflower, he is a history and genealogy buff, and enjoys collecting stamps and coins. In his spare time, he spends time with his family, as well as traveling and watching classic movies.
