Brian Talty is an award-winning architect with an extensive planning and design portfolio of government, higher education, corporate, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. He provides management and design direction from concept development through construction administration. Instrumental in the delivery of both monumental historic rehabilitations and new construction projects, including the conversion of the Brodhead-Bell-Morton mansion into the Embassy of Hungary and the completion of the new Embassy of Australia, Brian specializes in the stewardship of urban design through complex technical requirements, phasing plans, cultural considerations, and permitting processes. He has led over one million square feet of diplomatic facility design for both KCCT's domestic and international studios.
