Brian Talty is a Project Manager and award-winning architect with more than 20 years of design and planning experience. Brian's expertise includes government, higher education, corporate, commercial, mixed-use multi-family, and hospitality structures of all sizes. Brian is responsible for the overall design as well as management of multi-market projects, guiding his team through all phases of concept and design development through construction. His projects stretch along the US eastern seaboard from New York and New Jersey to Philadelphia to the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan regions. His notable projects include the new Australian Embassy in Washington, DC and the renovation of four historic buildings on the Potomac Hill Campus in northwest DC.
Internationally, Brian has worked on numerous embassy and consulate projects, including Mexico, Spain, Poland, Serbia, Belarus, Equatorial Guinea, New Guinea, Eritrea, Jerusalem, and Bangladesh. Brian earned his Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture and his Master of Architecture from the State University of New York University at Buffalo. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the American Planning Association. When not at work, Brian enjoys spending his time with his family, traveling, listening to music, and cheering on his son's youth ice hockey team.
