Senior Programmer Jamie Leclerc has more than 40 years of progressive interior design experience in both the public and private sectors for which she has won numerous awards and accolades. For the past 20 years at KCCT, she has led the firm’s interior design direction for government projects, providing technical oversight of space planning, interior design, and furniture, furnishings and equipment (FF&E) for multiple projects of varying size and scope. Jamie also provides expertise in construction documents and construction administration. Jamie developed KCCT’s proprietary space programming database and she also developed an FF&E database for use by one of our government clients. Ms. Leclerc is a professional member of ASID, a licensed Interior Designer in the District of Columbia, and holds the LEED AP appellation.

 

Serving as project manager for both renovation and new construction, Jamie has partnered with sensitive government agencies including the Department of State and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She has completed more than a dozen design and design-build embassy projects globally, renovated the historic quadrant of the Harry S Truman building and she led the redesign of two floors of the FBI Hoover Building to create high performance workplaces for 500 employees.

 

Ms. Leclerc earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Kansas.
